We are seeking a dedicated Plant Caretaker to join our team.
Our shop hosts 100's of different plants.
We need an enthusiactic team player, someone with indoor and outdoor plant knowledge and experience.
As a Plant Caretaker you will be responsible for maintaining all of our indoor and outdoor plants.
Being able to identify each plant and taking the proper to care and water them.
Duties:
- Weekly
Daily Watering of Plants - Repotting and Creating Designed Planters - Help Clients with Plants and Customer Service - Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Ensure all rooms are well-maintained and organized -Help with floral processing - Assist with setting up for events or meetings as needed Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plant Caretaker, Horticulture or Greenhouse role - Customer Service Experience - A multitasker, hard, fast and efficient worker.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Good physical condition to perform manual labor tasks, can lift up to 30 pounds.
- Excellent time management skills Nice-to-have Skills:
