This position is based in our Marion, MA headquarters.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle recruiting efforts, including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, screening, interview process, offer negotiation, and close process Identify diverse, top level talent within the SCIC's project markets through sourcing methods which include direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, on-line resources and professional associations.
Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit students/alumni and diverse candidates.
Create and communicate robust sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies.
Build talent pipelines through networking, employee referrals, cold-calling, events, and other creative channels.
Actively manage candidates and jobs on ATS Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board, social media, colleges, etc.
As needed, aggressively source passive candidates for tough-to-fill positions and creatively source for niche roles.
Work closely with all departments and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Strong initiative and follow-through, self-motivated and highly organized.
Experience working on tight deadlines.
Able to manage multiple priorities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work environment Ability to work within a small but highly effective team and can grow with us as we grow the company.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Compensation:
Salary $70,000 plus bonus program

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
