HR Generalist/ On Boarding Specialist:
New hire Onboarding Program oversight Employee setup and updates Process benefit enrollment and changes for existing employees for health insurance, disability, 401K administration Track PTO and assist in facilitating PTO requests as well as maintain the company calendar Track employee performance reviews and facilitate the scheduling with upper management Assist with facilitating offer letters for new hires Responsible for leave management Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively and follows through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures HR Generalist/ On Bording Specialist Qualities Attention to detail is a must; consistent and accurate work performance Ability to multi-task 2 years HR experience HR Generalist /On Boarding Specialist Compensation:
Salary:
$60,000-$70,000 commensurate with experience.
