Precon Project Manager
Qualifications:
5 years prior commercial construction experience Work with architects in Design Build projects to build complete scopes Engage with sub-contractors for pricing and scope review Write encompassing Scopes of Work for trades Negotiate with Sub Contractors in Purchasing of Sub Contract Services to meet GP Goals Review with subs full scope in page turn prior to going to contract Work with finance to ensure project meets GP goals Precon Project Manager Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with solid decision making skills.
Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong software skills to include MS Office.

Experience:
Bachelors Degree Precon Project Manager Compensation Salary:
$110,000.
